CONTINUING EDUCATION PRE-LICENSING EXAM PREP APPRAISAL HOME INSPECTION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Tennessee Real Estate Commission tracks licensee's continuing education via their license number. Please provide this number at the time of enrollment online. For all 6 hour courses no final exams are required, however, for all 12 hour courses a final exam is required. All courses do have quizzes that must be passed to receive credit.
