CONTINUING EDUCATION PRE-LICENSING EXAM PREP APPRAISAL HOME INSPECTION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires all online courses to be completed within 30 days from enrollment. All courses must be completed by June 10th. No exceptions are granted. No final exams are required; however, each course does have quizzes that must be passed to receive credit. All courses are approved for 4 hours each and can be used to re-activate your real estate license.
