CONTINUING EDUCATION PRE-LICENSING EXAM PREP APPRAISAL HOME INSPECTION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 24 hours of continuing education. Each course has quizzes that must be passed plus a final exam. Final Exam passing grade is 75% (as required by your state real estate commission). Before credit is awarded, the GREC requires a student affidavit to be signed and returned.
