How do I receive my credit and certificate?

Upon successfully completing your course(s), your school administrator will send you your completion certification(s) and notify your state licensing agency, if required. There is no need to call, this will be done automatically. If requested, your certificate can be faxed to you. Same day, weekend or holiday service will be provided for a RUSH SERVICE FEE of $25. We request a three days notification if this service is needed.

Once I register for the course online, can I start it immediately?

Yes. The online enrollment process, which includes credit card verification, only takes a few minutes. Upon credit card approval, an email message will be sent to you with instructions on how to start your course either immediately or at a future time. Please keep this email for future reference while taking your course.

 

Does my enrollment expire after a certain period of time?

Yes. Access to each course is determined by the course developer. Access to both RECampus and Proschools courses are for one year. Access to CareerWebSchool courses are for six months with a two month paid extension. Access to North Carolina courses are set by the state statute to be for 30 days.

 

Must I complete the course in one sitting, or can I log off and come back to it later?

Our online courses "remember" where you left off, so you can return to that section at a later time. Even if you get disconnected from your online service (e.g., you step away from your computer for an extended period of time), the online course will be bookmarked for your return. The next time you enter your course you will return to the lesson you were most recently working on.

 

Are there any quizzes?

Yes, quizzes are incorporated into each course to aid you in learning. All quizzes must be passed before a course is considered to be complete. If you do not pass a quiz on the first try, you may retake the quiz immediately until passed for no additional charge.

 

Is there a final exam?

This requirement is set by state statute. Not all states require a final exam. If a final exam is required, it works like this: After completing all of the lessons in your online course, you will be presented with an online exam. When you finish the exam (which must be taken in one sitting), your score will automatically be calculated. You will be informed of your score, and your performance history will be sent to your school.

 

If I don't pass the final exam on the first try, may I take it again? If so, is there an additional charge to take the exam more than once?

If an exam is required, you must pass it to get credit for the course. If you do not pass the final exam on the first try, you may take it again at no additional charge. However, if you are a student in the state of California or Florida, you are only permitted to take the exam one time.

 

What is your refund policy for online products?

School refund policy accesses a 15% or $20 service fee, whichever the greater amount, to all refunds. Online Exam Prep products are nonrefundable and expire 120 days from original date of purchase.

 

Can I share my course with others?

Yes. However, only one Certificate of Completion will be issued per registration fee.

 

Are your courses approved by ARELLO (The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials)?

Yes, each course through its publisher has received ARELLO certification.
